The power to take decisions in real — time by machines or robots is known as Artificial Intelligence (AI). Day by day AI is taking the position of human and has changed the lifestyle of humans. AI can work even faster than humans.
In the sense of industry 4.O and industry 5.O, AI can play a big role in place of human work, because the demand for industry work is going very high and the purpose of industry is to complete it’s work very fast.
AI is very popular in industry 4.0 area because everyone who lives on the earth can find useful information which is helpful in our work.
AI can learn with the help of data and algorithms. When more data is available then AI, can make good decisions in real-time and provide some better results with the help of algorithms, which is very important for the user. AI technologies are quickly evolving and developing, because AI processes huge amount of data and information much faster and makes predictions more precisely than humans.
AI is categorized in two ways :
Strong AI, also called Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), describes program that can portray the cognitive abilities and psychological capacities of the human mind.
Weak Artificial Intelligence, simulates human perception and provide advantages to mankind via computerizing tedious assignments and by breaking down information and analyzing data in ways that humans sometimes can’t.
There are four types of AI :
- These AI systems is doing the well-defined task. It cannot use past experiences, to inform future ones.
Type 2: Limited memory
- They have the ability to inform the future with the help of past experience and past incidents.
Type 3: Theory of mind
- The system will have the social intelligence, This type of system can predict human behavior.
Type 4: Self-awareness
- This type of system has self-awareness and understand, then gives the result.
The terms AI and cognitive computing are at times utilized reciprocally however as a rule, the mark of AI is utilized regarding machines that supplant human insight by simulating how we sense, learn, and respond to data and information in nature for the better outcome.
Examples of AI is, Machine learning.
Machine Learning is a subset of AI. It is the ability of a computer to learn without being explicitly programmed.
This technology gives a machine the ability of vision. The camera plays a big role in the function of machine vision, With the help of a camera machine can predict the face, eyes, and hairstyle of the human.
This is the processing of human language through a computer program. Current approaches to NLP are based on machine learning tasks which include text translation, sentiment analysis, and speech recognition.
Robotics focuses on the design and manufacturing of robots. Robots helps to reduce the human effort and the work can be done very fast as compared to human efforts. For example, robots are used in assembly lines for car production or by NASA to move large objects in space. Researchers are also using machine learning to build robots that can interact in social settings.In the sense of industry 4.0 robots are playing a big role to reduce the work time and load.
Autonomous vehicles use a combination of computer vision, image recognition, and deep learning to build automated skill at piloting a vehicle while staying in a given lane and avoiding unexpected obstructions, such as pedestrians. In industry 4.0, a lot of work will be done on self-driving vehicles, and how the vehicle is going to run without a driver.
