Elaborating on early products needs, here is a prioritisation framework that encourage you to build a unique proposition & think with a short term horizon only. 1/ C stands for āCurrent Primary Goalā, a SMART metric to reach in the new few weeks/months, 2/ U for āUnique Value Propositionā, 3/ P for āPain Pointsā.
