The 14th annual San Diego Beer Week, presented by the San Diego Brewers Guild, begins two weeks from today.
A virtual kick-off toast will take place this evening at 7:00 p.m. in all guild member breweries. Photos of toasts posted on all social media platforms should use the hashtags #SDBeer and #SDBW22.
The Guild Fest, the official launch event for the 14th annual celebration of San Diego Beer Week by the local independent craft beer industry, will be held on Saturday, November 5 at Surf Sports Park in Del Mar.

Guild Festival Tickets are available here. General admission tickets (1pm-4pm) are $55.00 and include unlimited samples from more than 60 breweries. Early admission tickets (12pm-4pm) are $70.00 and include unlimited samples and an additional hour of specialty beers for the first hour. The Guild Fest includes food trucks and live music from Totally 80’s Band and Paging The 90s.
The event is 21 years and older only and onsite parking is available for $12.00. Designated driver tickets are also sold at the door for $20.00.
First in-person Guild Fest since 2019
For the first time, the Guild Festival 2022 will offer a selection of beer alternatives such as wine and kombucha.
Guild Fest has been held downtown since its inception in 2005, beginning at the WorldBeat Center in Balboa Park. This is the first in-person guild festival since 2019, attended by more than 2,000 beer enthusiasts.
Individual breweries host events and specialty beers throughout Beer Week, all of which are published in the Brewers Guild calendar.
The Beer Garden at The Lodge at Torrey Pines is the closing event on Sunday 13th November featuring 28 breweries paired with 14 chefs. Tickets cost $145 and are available here.
