GradAug: A New Regularization Method for Deep Neural Networks

They propose GradAug, which provides a sub-network with some of the weights cut out of the network and constrains the sub-network output of the data-augmented image to match the output of the original network. Robust to adversarial perturbations as well as improved accuracy in classification and object detection.
