Now got LOF value for all the 7 point we have namely a,b,c,s,e,f,g and p.
Sort the LOF value in descending order and take out the larger value
- LOF(f) = 89.04
- LOF(g) = 77.7
- LOF(p) = 25.48
- LOF(b) = 25.48
- LOF(c) = 25.48
- LOF(d) = 25.09
- LOF(a) = 23.16
- LOF(e) = 23.16
Now we can eliminate point f as it has the larger value (so f is an outlier). Next thing we can see second larger value is g which is also a quite large value so we can eliminate that also (g is also an outlier) just for this data set.
